Product and order enquiries
For questions about a bottle, keychain, T-shirt or work diary, email contact@zymerce.agency. Include the product name and, if an order exists, its reference and a short explanation of the issue. Do not include card information or passwords.
If an item is damaged or incorrect
Contact us with your order reference, a description and relevant photos so that the issue can be reviewed. Please obtain return instructions before sending an item; no return address is listed on this website yet.
Services and cancellations
For agency services, the applicable cancellation and refund arrangements should be stated in the written project agreement before work starts. Contact us about your specific project or enquiry.

This interim notice does not remove rights provided by applicable law. The final store policy will be published once the remaining commercial details have been approved.
