Updated: 21 October 2026 · Interim notice
This notice describes the current enquiry and store features at zymerce.agency, operated under the Zymerce name. Further business identity and data-processing details are being finalised.
Information you provide
Our enquiry form asks for your name, email address, services of interest and project brief. Please avoid including passwords, payment information or confidential customer data. Account, billing, delivery and order details may also be provided when you use the store’s account or checkout features.
How information is used
Information provided through enquiries is used to respond and discuss a suitable project scope. Information supplied through store features is used to administer the relevant account or order. Website operation can also involve technical information such as IP addresses, browser details and security logs.
Service providers and integrations
The site uses WordPress, Elementor, Forminator and WooCommerce. Jetpack, MailPoet and integrations for Google, Pinterest, Reddit and Snapchat are installed. Their connection status, tracking behaviour, recipients and applicable processing arrangements are still being reviewed; installation alone does not establish that each integration is collecting visitor data.
Information entered on this website may be handled by the hosting, email and website services used to operate the relevant feature. The complete recipient and international-transfer information has not yet been confirmed.
Retention and privacy requests
A detailed retention schedule has not yet been confirmed. Contact us to ask what information is held about you, request a correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern. The rights available and any records that must be retained depend on applicable law and the circumstances.
Cookies and further details
See our Cookie Notice for the current status of cookie information and visitor controls. This interim notice will be updated as the remaining business and processing details are verified.
